Founded by Aymeric Guy, Ph.D., Louis Marceau, and Maxence Coulombe, Modulate is building a generative platform for patient-optimized orthotics that combines AI, physics-based simulations, 3D printing, and smart sensors. Starting with scoliosis, their technology is designed to scale across spine and broader musculoskeletal care. Their vision is to make personalized conservative care faster, more effective, and more accessible through automation, digital monitoring, and scalable manufacturing.

As part of the CLIP, Modulate will be co-located alongside clinicians at the Montreal General Hospital and RI-MUHC | Research Institute of the MUHC | #rimuhc. Our ecosystem will help accelerate their progress as they scale the commercial rollout of their spinal orthoses across Canada and the US, expand hospital and clinic partnerships, and broaden their platform into additional musculoskeletal indications beyond scoliosis.
